These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of forge14.vip, FORGE14 coaching services, applications, forms, waivers, communications, subscriptions, digital materials, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by FORGE14 LLC ("FORGE14," "we," "us," or "our").

By visiting the website, submitting an application, signing a waiver, purchasing a subscription, using a discount code, or participating in coaching, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

All programs, recommendations, content, check-ins, BAS-related tracking, readiness scores, and coach communications are for educational, fitness, and performance purposes only. You should consult a licensed physician or appropriate healthcare professional before starting any training, nutrition, supplement, peptide-related, recovery, or lifestyle change, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, medication use, pregnancy, history of disordered eating, or other health concern.

If you experience chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, neurological symptoms, injury, allergic reaction, or any medical emergency, stop activity and seek emergency medical care immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in FORGE14 Services unless a parent or legal guardian provides written consent and accepts responsibility. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information in your application, waiver, intake form, check-ins, and coaching communications.

• You are responsible for obtaining medical clearance when appropriate.
• You are responsible for disclosing injuries, medical conditions, medications, limitations, symptoms, or changes that may affect safe participation.
• You agree to use judgment, stop activities that feel unsafe, and follow safety instructions.
• You understand that results vary and depend on factors outside FORGE14's control, including adherence, sleep, stress, medical status, genetics, environment, and consistency.

FORGE14 may require an application, liability release/waiver, intake form, payment setup, and recurring check-ins before and during coaching. We may accept, waitlist, decline, pause, or discontinue coaching at our discretion if we believe the Services are not appropriate, safe, or aligned with the client's needs.

Your signed waiver and any program-specific agreement are incorporated into these Terms. If there is a conflict, the more specific signed agreement controls for that issue.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another third-party payment processor. By purchasing, you authorize FORGE14 and its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for applicable subscription fees, taxes, and authorized charges.

• Coaching subscriptions are generally billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Promotional offers, including any first-month introductory discount, apply only according to the stated offer terms and may be limited to new clients, approved applicants, or one use per client.
• Discount codes may be emailed to approved applicants and may expire, be modified, or be discontinued at any time unless prohibited by law.
• If a payment fails, we may pause access to coaching, forms, updates, or deliverables until payment is resolved.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, you may request cancellation before your next billing date by emailing contact@forge14.vip. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund amounts already paid.

Because coaching time, review, programming, and communication begin after enrollment, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. FORGE14 may offer pauses, credits, or exceptions at its discretion, but doing so once does not require us to do so again.

Training, exercise, nutrition changes, body-composition efforts, recovery modalities, supplements, and performance programs involve inherent risks, including soreness, strains, sprains, illness, injury, aggravation of existing conditions, and in rare cases serious injury or death. You voluntarily assume risks associated with participating in the Services.

You agree not to perform any activity that is unsafe for your environment, ability, equipment, medical status, or current condition. You are responsible for safe equipment setup, supervision where needed, and compliance with gym, sport, workplace, or facility rules.

FORGE14 may display testimonials, examples, or client experiences. These are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results. Outcomes vary by individual. We do not guarantee weight loss, body composition change, strength improvement, performance outcome, medical marker improvement, income, selection, roster status, competition result, or any specific result.

Any nutrition, supplement, recovery, testing, peptide-related, or third-party product discussion is informational and not medical advice. FORGE14 does not prescribe medications, peptides, hormones, controlled substances, or research compounds, and does not instruct clients to use products unlawfully or outside professional supervision.

Third-party products and services, including food sensitivity testing, red light therapy, peptide vendors, supplements, labs, or wearable devices, are provided by independent companies. FORGE14 is not responsible for third-party claims, safety, quality, shipping, customer support, refunds, data practices, or results.

Some links on the website may be affiliate or referral links. If you purchase through those links, FORGE14 may earn a commission or referral benefit at no additional cost to you, and you may receive a stated discount. We aim to recommend only products or services we believe may fit the FORGE14 ecosystem, but you should independently evaluate whether any product is appropriate for you and consult a qualified professional when needed.

The website, FORGE14 name, logos, graphics, copy, frameworks, forms, check-ins, coaching methodology, BAS-related concepts, programming, templates, documents, and other materials are owned by FORGE14 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may use FORGE14 materials only for your personal coaching participation.
• You may not copy, resell, publish, distribute, train others from, or create competing products from FORGE14 materials without written permission.
• You may not remove branding, disclaimers, copyright notices, or proprietary notices.

You agree not to misuse the website or Services, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, harass coaches or other clients, share login/payment credentials, scrape or copy content at scale, interfere with site operation, or use FORGE14 materials for unlawful, unsafe, or unauthorized purposes.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the FORGE14 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FORGE14 LLC and its owners, coaches, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunities, goodwill, physical performance, competitive outcome, or other intangible losses arising from or related to the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FORGE14's total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to FORGE14 for the Services during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FORGE14 LLC and its owners, coaches, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, inaccurate information you provide, unsafe participation, violation of law, or infringement of another party's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes that may be brought in court will be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
