What happens after I apply?
Your application is reviewed personally. If approved, you receive next steps by email, including the discount code for the new-client intro offer, payment instructions, and intake workflow. The waiver is completed before coaching begins.
How does the $99 first month work?
Approved new clients can start any FORGE14 coaching tier for $99 for the first month. After that introductory month, the selected tier continues at the standard monthly rate unless canceled according to the billing policy.
Is nutrition included?
Yes. Every tier includes nutrition guidance. Higher tiers include more detailed nutrition structure, meal planning, macros, timing, and supplement protocol support depending on the selected program.
Do I need a full gym?
No. Your program is built around your available equipment, schedule, training history, and goals. If you train at home, in a commercial gym, at a fight gym, or while traveling, the plan is adjusted accordingly.
Can beginners apply?
Yes. FORGE14 has a Beginner / Rebuild track for people starting from zero or returning after time off. The goal is to build movement quality, confidence, consistency, and safe progression.
Can you work around injuries or medical limitations?
Often, yes — if the situation is appropriate for coaching and you are medically cleared when needed. FORGE14 does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. We use the intake, waiver, and ongoing check-ins to modify training safely within coaching scope.
What makes FORGE14 different from an app?
Apps usually give workouts. FORGE14 gives a coaching loop: assessment, programming, check-ins, readiness review, nutrition/recovery context, BAS/performance tracking, and a Coach Decision Log explaining each adjustment.
How often does my program change?
Your plan is reviewed every 14 days. That does not mean everything changes randomly — it means your training, nutrition, and recovery priorities are adjusted when your data shows a reason to adjust.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation stops future billing when requested before the next billing date. Amounts already paid are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. See the Terms of Service for details.
Is this medical advice?
