FORGE14 is not a workout app. It is a coaching system built around a structured review cycle — assess, program, monitor, adjust, and explain why. Every 14 days, the plan responds to you.
Five principles that define how every program is built, every check-in is reviewed, and every coaching decision is made.
Movement quality is the foundation. Every exercise selection, tempo prescription, and substitution starts with how well the pattern is executed.
Training stimulus is quantified. Volume, intensity, load, and density are tracked across every block to ensure progressive overload is real — not assumed.
Recovery is trained, not just rested. Sleep, stress, soreness, and readiness scores are factored into every block adjustment alongside performance data.
Consistency compounds. The system is designed to keep clients training through real life — travel protocols, minimum effective doses, and schedule-adaptive programming.
Plans mean nothing without delivery. Every program arrives with demo links, substitution options, nutrition targets, and a coach note explaining every decision.
Every client follows the same five-step operating cycle, repeated every 14 days without exception.
Every new client completes a comprehensive intake covering goals, training history, injury and medical background, equipment access, schedule, nutrition baseline, and readiness. Existing clients submit a structured 14-day check-in covering training compliance, nutrition adherence, body composition data, readiness scores across 10 domains, wearable metrics, and performance feedback.
Custom programming is built from the ground up using block periodization as the primary model. Push/Pull/Legs split with 2x weekly frequency per muscle group as the default. 15–25 sets per muscle group per week. Compound movements first, isolation second. Tempo, rest periods, and intensifiers are prescribed specifically to the client's current training state and goal phase.
Readiness is tracked across 10 domains every 14 days: sleep quality, energy, soreness, stress, motivation, pain and mobility, nutrition adherence, hydration, training performance, and overall readiness. Wearable data — HRV, resting heart rate, sleep duration, and training load — is integrated where available. BAS scoring provides a composite view of biological performance across five domains.
The Readiness Traffic Light determines the programming response: Green means progress, Yellow means hold, Orange means reduce and modify, Red means recover. Adjustments are applied across training volume, conditioning load, nutrition targets, and recovery protocol. No two consecutive blocks are identical unless the data supports it.
Every programming change is documented in the Coach Decision Log. A "What Changed Since Last Block" summary accompanies every redelivery. Clients always know why their plan looks the way it does — this is not a black box. Transparency is built into the system.
FORGE14's proprietary scoring system measures functional performance age across five domains. Clients see their score, domain breakdown, tier classification, and coach analysis every block.
Cardiovascular output, metabolic efficiency, conditioning capacity, and energy system function.
Strength, mobility, structural integrity, movement quality, and injury resilience.
Lean mass retention, fat tissue trends, body weight trajectory, and measurement data.
Sleep quality, HRV trends, nervous system recovery, stress load, and overtraining indicators.
Systemic health indicators, bloodwork trends, biological aging markers, and longevity data.
Readiness scores don't automatically dictate programming — they inform coaching decisions alongside performance trends, nutrition adherence, body composition data, soreness, schedule, and athlete feedback.
Full progressive overload authorized. Load increases cleared. Normal training stimulus applied.
Hold current load. Do not increase stimulus. Monitor suppressor domains. Identify the limiting factor.
Reduce volume 20–35%. Apply domain-specific corrective protocol. Weekly check-in cadence activated.
Full deload. Eliminate high-intensity work. Recovery and sleep become the primary intervention.
Every feature listed below is built into the system — not an add-on, not a premium tier exclusive, not a feature that exists only on paper.
Every programming decision documented with the reasoning behind it. Clients always know why.
Written summary of every adjustment at each biweekly redelivery. No silent changes.
Programming periodized toward a specific date — competition, fight, race, or milestone event.
Every block includes a travel and busy week protocol — the shortest version that preserves progress.
Adherence tracked and factored into next block design. Nutrition data drives programming.
Proactive flags for overtraining signatures, injury risk patterns, and systemic stress combinations.
Structured recovery options matched to readiness window and current domain scores.
Form analysis and physique check-ins available at Elite tier for technical feedback.
Personalized reference document covering your system, preferences, and programming logic.
FORGE14 is a coaching service — not a medical provider. FORGE14 does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. For clients with medical history, active injuries, medications, or health concerns, FORGE14 builds conservative, coach-led training and nutrition plans that respect physician guidance and refers out when appropriate. If a domain score or check-in response indicates a medical concern, the coach will recommend professional evaluation before programming continues.
Every application is reviewed personally by the FORGE14 coach before a new client is accepted. Roster is limited.
